Mayfield Renovations

While working as a project manager for Mayfield Renovations I also had the opportunity to plan and design materials for their marketing campaigns.

The opening door brochure was created as a handout at the Calgary Home + Design show with the intention of highlighting their niche, kitchen renovations with structural changes. One of the things that sets Mayfield Renovations apart is their welcoming nature and how they treat their clients as part of the family, this is what inspired the open door design. The brochure was designed with two folding panels to open in the middle, revealing a stunning kitchen renovation with before and after photos showing how a wall was removed to open up the space. The back features client testimonials and a write-up about the owner/lead designer to give a personalized touch.

This door hanger and promotional video was also created as part of the removal of load bearing walls marketing campaign. The video directly resulted in the company being hired for a very large kitchen renovation. The client had spent hours online researching renovation companies and was impressed with the knowledge and personal touch that came across in the video.

These images were created as part of a social media campaign for brand awareness to increase booth attendance at the Home + Design show by giving away free tickets. After the 5 week contest page likes were increased by over 300% and engagement by 150%.

This handout was created to help potential clients determine whether it was in their best interest to renovate based on the time they planned to stay in their home. The company is referral partners with a few different realtors, this was designed pass along referrals to them if renovation was not the best option.

Greeting card sent out to clients and subcontractors for the holiday season.

NTSAD (National Tay Sachs & Allied Diseases Association)

An organization very dear to my heart, they supported me after my son’s diagnosis of GM1 Gangliosidosis and throughout his life. I now attend their yearly conference every year since 2016 to support other families facing the same challenges as I did. Last year I volunteered to create the conference logo and will continue to do so for years to come. The theme was “Where Hope Takes Flight” because the conference was held in Raleigh, North Carolina where the first flight took place and a potential treatment for these diseases was announced, giving hope to families with loved ones currently suffering from these illnesses.

Sneak peek at the logo created for the 2020 conference that will be held in Denver, CO. Intended to convey the same aesthetic as the previous years logo while incorporating the new theme of “Climbing to New Heights”. The person standing nearer the top of the mountain reaching down to help the other person is meant to be symbolic of the way NTSAD reaches out to families with support.

RISE: A Community for Women

Logo creation for a community where women support and empower each other at workshops that include painting, journaling, yoga and speakers.

"Kassie, these are amazing! I can’t quit staring at them. I don’t really know what I expected or envisioned, but this is so much more! I love them all and I love the colors."
